Frequently asked questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by KeepSake. Open iOS Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions › KeepSake and tap Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
How do I get a refund?
All purchases are processed by Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple too. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the KeepSake charge, and request a refund.
My restoration didn’t look right — can I get the credit back?
Yes. Email support@keepsake.ltd with the photo name and the date of the restoration and we’ll refund the credit to your account.
How do I delete my account?
Open the App and go to Me › Settings › Delete Account. This immediately and permanently removes your photos, albums, tagged people, and profile from our systems. There is no undo.
How do I export my photos?
You can save individual photos back to your iOS Photos library from the photo detail view. For a bulk export of everything in your vault, email support@keepsake.ltd and we’ll prepare an archive for you.
What happens if my subscription lapses?
Your previously stored photos remain viewable in read-only mode. You won’t be able to add new photos, run restorations, or create new albums until you resubscribe. Nothing is deleted.
Is my data private?
Yes. We don’t sell your data, we don’t run ads, and we don’t use tracking SDKs. See our Privacy Policy for the full details.
I found a bug. Where do I report it?
Email support@keepsake.ltd with a description and, if possible, a screenshot. Including your iPhone model and iOS version helps us reproduce it faster.
